My parents have loved this restaurant since moving to Ocala in 1999. I think my father especially loved it because of the “mom and pop” feel to the place! His parents ran a truck stop on Old Rt 66 back in the day so he had the love for good people and good food already. Wolfy’s is a place that holds true to this feeling!
A little known fact that many may not know is that the employees are very faithful to their jobs! Each server wears a name tag that holds the year they started working their. Our server Andy has been there since 1995 and the dear sweet cashier Nettie has been working at Wolfy’s since 1988!
Traveling down East Silver Springs Blvd, also known as State Road 40, Wolfy’s cannot be missed as it just just outside the downtown area of Ocala FL. Once you spot the sign you will see the entrance is in the back of the building:
For those in a wheelchair, please don’t let those stairs scare you away because I know for a fact they do have a side entrance with a ramp. I know this because we brought my grandmother there once for the all you can eat fried chicken and everyone was very kind to help us with getting her inside the restaurant!

My husband and I were in the mood for a good old classic breakfast! They are more then happy to serve breakfast any time of day! I had bacon (crispy bacon I ordered and it was perfect):
He had sausage (they do offer choice of links or patties) :
