Foreclosure Mom!

How many of you can relate to this rap? I sure can but luckily my husband and I did not miss a payment as Chase Home Mortgage had suggested we do and we have been trying to get a modification for the last 2 year.

We’ve never missed a payment and we never will SO now we are forced to SELL our Home and not let them continue to charge us 8% .

Chase Home Mortgage has treated us very badly and NACA was no help either. They messed us around for over a year as well as HOPE.  Just as we lost all hope we decided to never SKIP a payment “Thank Goodness” yet we still pay the high rate, it is worth it rather then give in to let them take our house as they have done to people all over our area!

Don’t give in and let them talk you into skipping a payment. They are like sharks in the water waiting to get your house!

If I lived in California Meg would have my vote without a doubt!
