EBay feedback can be a bit of a delicate subject in some of the discussion circles found online. If you are an eBay member you may know what I am writing about and if you are not, then feedback is just as it sounds “Feedback” meaning, when trading takes place in the marketplace feedback may be exchanged about the transaction.
In today’s times the feedback system has become more like writing a one liner review. Creating a short sentence of 80 characters about how the transaction went. Sounds simple right? Well, there is a bit more to it. Not only is feedback left from buyer to seller but they are also requested to use a star rating system as shown below:
I’ve been seeing it more and more with new buyers buying on eBay every day that many don’t understand the impact feedback can have on sellers. Buyers are “skipping” to leave feedback or only typing something like “TY” and “playing” with the stars like it’s a meaningless game. This is very unfortunate.

Feedback pro is an eBay approved application that can be found under the “Applications” tab within the “My eBay” page next to the “Accounts Tab.” Simply click on the Applications tab and type in the search “Feedback Pro” or just CLICK HERE to view direct. The part that sold me about this app was the fact it was so easy to customize. I’m a firm believer to never “beg” for feedback and this system has allowed me to send a “friendly” note with a warm “non-begging” tone to my customers. Plus I was able to include my logo and click-able links to my websites. Besides teaching the power of email marketing, this simple, low-cost system has allowed me to provide a bit of quality email marketing, combined with friendly customer service and encourage the addition of adding me as a favorite seller/subscribing to my newsletter to my customers that have already shopped with me.
