Tell your customers that you’re on Facebook and ask them to “Like” your Page.

Use phrases such as, “We’ve gone social! ‘Like’ our Facebook Page and join in the conversation with other customers just like you.” You can also find creative ways to encourage your customers to connect with your Page on Facebook: “Write on our wall and tell us how you use our product, or offer tips to other customers.”
