Blanches Place is not just a “hot” spot on the internet but a place where the love of history, fashion and romance are embedded into the textured web pages of BlanchesPlace.com When I first entered the place I could almost smell the rose petals and lovely antique store scents while browsing the page. I could even hear a bit of an old player piano playing very faint in the background. Even though it was not taking place, it was the feeling I felt because it actually reminded me of my Great Uncle Eddie’s Antique store I used to roam around in as a child and he had several old time player pianos.

Blanches Place brought back found memories to my soul and I’m sure the site will do the same for everyone that strolls by the grand picture window reflecting into the past. Take a good look at the graphic above and tell me, what does it remind you of?

I’ve had the pleasure to correspond a bit with the website owner and not only does this lovely lady have a passion for vintage clothing but her knowledge of Victorian fashion and history is absolutely amazing. Her website does not do her justice but the love behind the typed words which are click-able links, opening up into pages showing more scenes to Blanches Place!
