Mercari: Perfect for quick-sell seasonal bundles. Think “Lot of 5 Christmas Sweaters” or “Summer Toddler Bundle.”

Sourcing the “Off-Season” Gold

The secret to maximum profit is buying when no one else wants the item.

Thrift Stores: Buy Christmas in January and swimwear in November.
Estate Sales: These often have massive, curated holiday collections that have been stored for decades.
Retail Arbitrage: Hit those big-box stores the day after a holiday for 75% off clearance. This is how you “get noticed” by having fresh, new-with-tags inventory ready for next year.

Pricing Your Seasonal Inventory

The Premium Window: 2-3 weeks before the holiday, demand is at its peak. This is when you list at your highest price.
