It’s high-energy, high-stakes, and requires a level of detail that would make even the most seasoned auditor sweat. Guests are checking out at 10:00 AM, and new guests are checking in at 4:00 PM. In those six hours, I transition from a Reselling Expert to a Hospitality Pro.

People often ask me, “Danna, how do you jump between selling on eBay and managing a property?” The truth is, they are the same business. At the core of both is Customer Experience.

When the buyer opens that package, the “unboxing experience” determines your feedback. AirBnB is exactly the same, just on a larger, physical scale. The guest “unboxes” your home.

The organization habits I developed over 25+ years of reselling are what keep my Punta Gorda rental running smoothly. I don’t just see a messy kitchen; I see a workflow problem. I don’t just see a low stock of towels; I see an inventory shortage.
